The property is enclosed by a concrete fence. The house itself is a solid structure, built with hollow blocks & finished with concrete. The interior floors are tiled with 600mm, adding elegance & durability. The entire roof, including the detached room, is topped with Permalum roofing &;cyclone-proof screws, ensuring long-lasting protection against the elements. What truly sets Andrew apart is his attention to detail & commitment to quality. He kept me informed throughout the entire construction process, ensuring that my vision for the home was realized. His professionalism expertise made the entire building experience smooth & stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Andrew to anyone seeking a skilled & reliable builder. Andrew is a highly skilled carpenter and a very reliable and honest person. He did major work on my mums house and the results were outstanding. Being an older home parts of the building process were really difficult but Andy made it a seem easy. He really cares about his work and consistently provided mum with informed and thoughtful advice on what could be done to get the outcome she wanted.

Andy is an expert carpenter, whose work is meticulous and of a high standard. He has worked on two projects for us in recent months. He installed a pre-fab kitchen in our rumpus room, expertly navigating the issues involved with plumbing and electrical in a double brick space. He also installed an outdoor staircase to our rather difficult custom requirements. We couldn't be happier with the result. I am sad that Andy is no longer close enough to assist with our ongoing renovations.

Andy is a fantastic carpenter. He has cladded my house, built decks, installed windows, added a room, built stables, horse shelters. Can do anything and I have been so pleased with everything. Love my house now. Great work, fair price and reliable. Gives great advice and ideas too. A loss for Narooma and a win for Orbost with him moving to Orbost.
