Anna made me 2 badges and the night before they were going to be presented I realised in a panic I had made a mistake (I made the mistake NOT Anna). The next morning (day of presentation) I contacted Anna and she made me 2 more straight away! Thank you Anna you literally saved the day. Gave Anna a challenge to engrave a crystal whiskey decanter I purchased for my sons for Xmas. She did an outstanding job I was blown away with what she did would highly recommend anyone to go see her for engraving gifts. Thanks so much Anna Deb
