Can I cancel my appointment?
As she has set aside time and energy in preparing for your session (including online sessions) and would be unable to fill the void in time, there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee.
Is there a fee for rescheduling?
If the sessions are rescheduled to occur within 5 working days of the originally scheduled session date, then no cancellation fees will occur – however, if a second cancellation occurs all monies will be forfeited.
