Gympie anz has terrible service, I just stood there waiting to deposit money as the atms where either not working or had someone doing some lengthy transactions. And was told to wait for the atm, while 3 staff stood around chatting with another customer (un-business related) Disgusting customer service

I wanted to contact my local branch to make an appointment. Impossible! By the time I'd been through all options and finally on hold I'd virtually used all the credit on my pre-paid phone. Your contact ph. system is unwieldy and, unless there is a very specific requirement, useless.
