Apollo Blinds Port Macquarie

The rep was pleasant enough and told me the blinds would be ready in 2 weeks, maximum 3 weeks. I heard nothing for 4 weeks. So I rang them and was told the last blind had only come in the previous week. No explanation as to why I wasn't contacted then. They were short on installers so I had to wait another week. As I had another appointment on the day of installation, I booked installation for 8.45am. He finally turned up more than half an hour late, after another phone call by me to the office. Another half-hearted apology was offered. The installer was good and there were no problems and gave me the tax invoice for the balance. The day after I got a call chasing payment of the account, with the girl stating that she will expect payment will be made by the next day! Wow, unbelievable. Lift your game Apollo. Appalling.

These white shutters are amazing. I would definitely come back they are the most beautiful blinds and they are easy to clean and easy to use they good with children they keep out cold, light and wind.
