Excellent knowledge, highly in depth and excellent at providing info on all things pool-service related, I was thoroughly impressed and happy to finally be getting the correct information and answers I needed. Friendly & happy to answer questions. Tania is absolutely wonderful and the most knowledgeable pool shop worker I've met hands down - I have been to 4 pool places in town over the years and she was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful regarding my pool issues. Will definitely be my new permanent pool go-to shop. Pool chemicals are fair priced relative to others.

Rang and spoke with Jay. Over a couple of phone calls he helped me diagnose the capacitor in the pool pump was probably gone. Told me what it looked like, how to remove it, and where to get a new one. $28 later my pool filter is back up and running. Great job!
