Are all swim spa warranties similar?

Definitely not. Different swim spa bath warranties cover different components for different lengths of time. Some swim hot tub manufacturers pay claims on a pro-rata basis and some have so many limitations they are basically worthless.

Do spas need an external heater?

An ideal temperature for an outdoor spa bath is between 36 and 37 degrees Celsius — the same temperature as your body. Maintaining this temperature should be relatively easy for most units in most climates. However, there are several instances when an external hot tub heater may be required to assist in regulating the temperature.

dont buy a spar from aqua solutions we did and regret it badly terrible after sale service and no warranty very rude response from col....

Mr Noel Bell's Spa has damage caused by this customer adding something to the water which has caused a film to appear on the surface. This is cosmetic only and does not effect the normal use of the Spa. Oasis Spas Management have inspected the Spa and made recommendations. This occurred several years ago.

Very poor after sales service. The pump on my spa broke, numerous calls were not returned, and even when the manager was in the shop he relayed a poor message via a colleague and didn’t have the courtesy to speak to me directly. They have no interest in solving my pump problem. Very poor attitude.

This Spa is a $1200 inflatable unit with 12 months warranty. It is now 3 1/2 years old. As explained several times, the main cause of faults with these Spas is poor water balance. The complete motor/heater unit would have to be replaced. Do you talk to the Manager each time you go to the Bank? No, you talk to the competent staff.

Service done somewhere else and no guarantee or support whatsoever. Don't waste your time and money!

Aqua Solutions saved the customer "Barbara Linda" AKA Matt Maguire, money when we suggested using a remote timer instead of paying a lot more to have the Chlorinator's Inbuilt Timer replaced. This is accepted practice in the Pool Industry and shouldn't be difficult to use!
