I placed an online order with this business 10 days ago and received a standard order confirmation which stated I would receive an update once the order has been shipped.
After not receiving an update, I sent an email requesting the status of my order. No response.
So today (10 March) I called, only to hear a message bank recording saying they were away from some time in Feb till 17 March .
Seriously? No reference to this on the website. No reference to this in the order confirmation. No out of office response on the email.
I ordered fish food, because I need fish food. Now. Not some time a month later.
We all need to take a break or attend to important matters in our lives. But how can a business close down for a month, not tell their customers that they won't actually receive their orders, but still take their money? Not being transparent with your customers, is never ok.
