We used Aquarius Conveyancing for the purchase of a commercial property. We were recommended by another family member who previously used them as well. We are from interstate so we knew they were the ones we could trust to handle it with speed. Nathan did a remarkable job and has an eye for detail he is very professional and recommend him to the highest. A big thank you to all the team as it was an enjoyable swift process. Will be using this company again in future purchases.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with Aquarius conveyancing. Despite promises of assistance, Gaby's response time was consistently delayed (taking over 1.5 years on one occasion). Recently, when seeking guidance, she refused to offer any advice, citing it falls outside her scope. This lack of support and unwillingness to assist beyond payment leaves much to be desired. Potential clients beware, proceed with caution.

Hi Tasha, we apologise for any inconvenience you experienced. We strive for efficient service and regret falling short in your case. Regarding offering advice outside our scope, we are bound by strict guidelines to ensure we maintain professional integrity and client interests. Your feedback is a valuable part of our continuous improvement efforts. Thank you.

Gaby and all her staff were exceptional throughout our settlement. Sound advice and excellent communication, prompt responses to every query and very proactive. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. Thanks again.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a good settlement agent?

Experience in conveyancing is an important consideration. Find out how long they have been in business and what kinds of properties they have handled. It is essential that you hire someone with substantial experience and solid knowledge of the type of property you have.

Am I better off using the same settlement agent as the other party?

In short, the answer is no. A settlement agent can only represent both parties if they have both parties' written consent. A settlement agent could even be required to resign their authority to act on behalf of one or both parties if a conflict arises between the buyer and seller after consent has been granted.
