I've heard such great reviews to this place by my neighbours and gotten 2 vouchers to go there. Every time I call, no one picks up the phone. I've been calling multiple times a day and even different days during the week. No one answers the phone. Perhaps they don't have a receptionist?! Very poor customer service if you can't even make a booking. Would love to go there and use my vouchers, but seems impossible to reach these people!! Very frustrating!!

I had a wonderful experience having an eyelash lift. The lovely lady explained the process as it was happening and made sure I was comfortable. She even plucked a few odd hairs from my eyebrows which wasn’t part of the service. She was very kind and attentive. My eyelashes look absolutely amazing. I highly recommend.

The Most Expensive Pedicure That Actually was A Foot Wash $65 From the moment we walked in to leaving this was a below average experience. Left to wait 20 mins, even though we’d a booking, because a walk in took precedence for a quickie eye brow wax. Rude, jeered by junior staff member for large gash on my leg, ‘Had a few drinkies’? Then seated in hard wicker chairs after declining our spa experience on front balcony owing to noise and traffic pollution we had our feet soaked in tin bowls on the tiles while the staff sprawled on the floor doing a pedicure that turned out to be a glorified foot wash. I can away with previous nail polish still on my toes, This was supposed to be a luxurious $65 spa pedicure . I’ve had pedicures in numerous countries and a third world country gives a more relaxing atmosphere and quality foot / lower leg massage. I’m still waiting for that. Shame for charging double any Sydney nail salon would for an inferior experience with no nail polish $65 Shame

Impressed is an understatement. The service, tranquil atmosphere and lovely staff were exceptional! Although the two ladies were not feeling too good, they still pushed through and gave me such a positive and happy experience! Highly highly recommend - I will definitely be a returning customer!

Fabulous!!!!! Myself and two friends had the $99 pamper package and enjoyed every single moment of it. It was amazing - We were disappointed when it was over!!! We can't wait to come back

I have gone here many times already and each time it has been welcoming, comfortable and just good old fashioned value for money. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for your lovely massages and treatments.

Just before Christmas my sister and I had the $99 package and absolutely loved it. The therapists were so good and lovely. We both felt like princesses. As for the facials â€“ they were out of this world. We loved it so much we bought our parents the surprise package. We both canâ€™t wait to come back.

I recently used a voucher I had been given for a Mani & Pedi. Well what a treat from the moment I walked in. The therapists were fantastic and a felt so spoilt. Even at the end of the treatment I was treated to a cup of tea and chocolate. It was such a lovely touch. I will definitely be making another appointment to be back. Loved it.

Love coming to Arabella. The atmosphere is so tranquil and relaxing. All of the therapist are amazing and are so friendly and professional. Every time I walk out of there I feel like Iâ€™m walking on a cloud. Itâ€™s becoming my â€˜go toâ€™ place. Highly recommended to anyone.

The girls here are really lovely. Debbie, the owner, is exceptional. The service is fantastic and the massages especially are awesome. Have been coming here for nearly 2 years and would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
