Arthur van Eigen is a psychologist and psychotherapist with an international professional journey spanning more than three decades. He works at his current longstanding private practice in Coolalinga NT, Australia. Prior to his present endeavours, Arthur performed for 13 years as Executive Director of Relationships Australia NT. For the last 20 years in his private practice, Arthur offers a complete selection of psychology, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy services to accommodate the needs of a diverse range of patients. Arthur is a passionate and caring healthcare practitioner who credits his career to the collective experience that his patients have provided him with and their special ways of sharing their stories with him. To stay active in his field, Arthur van Eigen is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, the Psychology Board of Australia, the Psychologist Association of Australia, the Australian Society for Psychological Medicine, the Australian Association for Relationship Counselling, the Atlanta Hypnosis Institute USA, the Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychiatry Psychology and Law, and the College of Medical Hypnosis. In addition, he is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Arthur is also an active presenter and author with multiple clinical papers introduced at national and international conferences and his close collaboration with Prof. Luciano L'Abate in the USA. Arthur's papers are influenced by the early work of Gregory Bateson, Milton Erickson, Paul Watzlawick, and the Palo Alto Group, Luciano L'Abate, Carl Rogers, Madelene Klein, Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud.
