I started training with Shane at Ashayne Fitness 8 weeks ago. Shane has a wealth of experience and knowledge and no workout is ever the same. I’ve never enjoyed training so much and I could not recommend this bloke enough! Great community feel with the crew at Ashayne Fitness, everyone is always encouraging and very easy going. Gym is fitted out with so much and more!!! My entire outlook on fitness and health has changed immensely and it’s all thanks to Shane!!!

Ibrahim says if you're serious about getting results, Shane is the trainer to see. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training and exercise, and Ibrahim has learned a lot from him. No two training sessions are the same and his focus on correct posture and form makes sure you see results without injury. There's always something new to learn, too.

Joanne says Shane is a real gentleman. He motivates her to reach her ideal level of fitness and to move to the next level. It doesn’t matter what level that is, as long as there's progress. She's been training with Shane for years, and every week there's something new and different. Every session, they focused on different areas of fitness. She loves that the sessions were not monotonous, unlike the regular routines one finds in other gyms. It can be challenging at times, but also very rewarding. Shane gives great nutrition advice, too.
