For a father trying to navigate an already challenging legal system, I can give you no stronger advice than to do anything other than engage with Ashby Family Solicitors. When making these sorts of decisions you need to trust your advisors, be comfortable there are no conflicts of interest with other practitioners on the Central Coast, truly has the best interests of the child front of mind (rather than their back pocket, and of those they work with) and also have someone who is responsive in an always evolving situation. Unfortunately that wasn't my experience with Ashby Family Solicitors.
