Why do I need a conveyancer?
You need a conveyancer when you buy or sell real estate. We will ensure all your legal work is done to transfer the property into your name if you are purchasing or into the new owners name if you are selling.
When is finance and settlement of the property arranged?
It is up to the purchaser to decide whether they would like to make an offer on a property that is subject to finance approval and in turn it is up to the vendors as to whether they will accept an offer making the contract subject to finance approval. The due dates for the finance condition and settlement are negotiated between the parties.
