We received a referral for an inspection report from the agent, alarm bells should have rung then. Showed report to my brother in-law in Perth who is a builder. Turns out the inspector is not even a not a qualified builder but an exterminator! Had a second opinion and they missed major structural and compliance items that would have cost 💲. Wasted a lot of time, saved a lot of money.

I can't recommend this company highly enough thorough in depth reports and extremely fast turn around they take care of everything and make the process so easy I will definitely use them again.
