Sarah, a seasoned Pilates instructor with over 12 years of experience, has honed her craft alongside renowned leaders in the industry. Our fully equipped studio showcases top-of-the-line apparatus from Contrology by Balanced Body California and Pilates Designs New York, ensuring an exceptional experience for fitness enthusiasts and Pilates teachers alike.
