We are mid build with Ausmar and it has been superb so far. From conception to mid completion i have zero complaints. Our sales manager (Ian) promised the world and Josh and Janine are delivering that. We were on the fence between 2 builders in Aura and so glad Ian convinced us to give Ausmar a go. There attention to detail and communication cannot be beat. We are almost at lockup stage and not a single complaint. We are so exciting to be in the property!

Here is my New Years present to one and all so you can have a good and regret free start to your New Year. DO NOT choose to build with this company and I mean just don't. This companies motto should be "We Hate You". They are as anti you as I have ever seen and they certainly aren't afraid of showing this. You WILL be fake smiled at, lied to, ignored, treated with disrespect and spoken to like trash. They will cut corners, incorrectly install, used damaged inferior products, damage your house, not give you what you ask for and hope you don't notice so they can profit from you. I still live in an unfinished house, 15 months after the fact. These aren't my feelings or opinion, they are hard undeniable fact. The best thing you can do is LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Georgie says she would highly recommend Ausmar Homes. The building process could be stressful but the guys go above and beyond to make their clients happy and content. Luke supervised the build and Sarah even answered Georgie's silly questions along the way! Georgie had a fun building journey from first meeting Rusty in the display home to the ladies helping her in the colour selection.

All the little things she wanted were within her budget even though she wasn't in the position to buy. She was spoilt for choice within the inclusions. She will definitely be building with them again. The team was completely transparent from the beginning and they were very genuine. She knew what was happening at each step of the build and there was always communication. There were never any hidden extras and she could not be happier with her choice. She loves her home!

They built a Manhattan in Moffat Beach and it was well-priced per square metre. Steven was happy with his home and he would build with them again. They were positive and focused.
