Aussie Container Storage

Disjusting service, on vacating my unit and cleaning found rat skeletons and had to dispose of most items. Then on completion I applied for my bond refund, after not receiving it I enquired again and was told it had been sent two weeks ago then I received another email saying that was a mistake and the director would sign the cheque as soon as he returned, when I enquired again a few days later I was told he was aware of the situation but didn't bother signing. This bunch are definitely cowboys and not to be trusted in any form

*** BEWARE *** AUSSIE CONTAINER STORAGE*** They advertise safe, secure and vermin free facilities but this is false advertising... I went to empty my container at Aussie Container Storage (Molendinar facility), after storing it for a long period of time, to find that my entire shipping container had been infested with cockroaches to the point where I had to bomb it twice before I could even enter. They were literally crawling out of the vents while the bomb was going. Not only that I found my belongings had been moved and many boxes had been opened. I was also missing my LG 10kg washer/dryer, a lawnmower and two whipper snippers. I haven’t yet gone through the rest of the boxes so there could be many more items missing. I was kindly informed by a worker that my container had been accessed by staff members who had taken my items, however staff have been nothing but rude and after discussions between themselves have decided to deny any knowledge of the whereabouts of my stuff.
