June says words cannot express how much compassion Jodi at Austwide Homes has shown to their family. Jodi is building a new home for June's brother who lost his home to the bushfires as well as for their 88-year-old father who also lost his home in the NSW New Year's Eve fires. Jodi was amazing and 100% cared about what June's father needed. Jodi did all the hard work in picking everything from the kitchen tiles to the outside finishes as June could not get to Wagga. She was also like a sister who cried with June over what they have lost.

What deposit is required on your homes?

We only ask a 5% deposit on our homes, meaning you could start building for as little as $3000 (based on a $60,000 home). We don’t require any progress payments, and only ask for the final payment to be made on delivery to the home on-site.
