Divinely orchestrated to express joy and gratitude, it is designed to be extended to others and helps eliminate depression and low self- esteem. Spiritual Counselling is available for those seeking guidance and who have the openess and willingness to question their beliefs and thoughts in a way that frees them from their current perception of themselves and the world. Our resident spiritual teacher Dave Monk also hosts free 'sessions' weekly.
