Awesome Air-conditioning and Refrigeration

Awsome Air - Not So Awsome! Dennis was happy to sell and install airconditioners into our home, but when one stopped working he wasn't so eager to service it and wouldn't give a timeline when he could and for me to ring back! I understand and accept that this time of year business would be quite busy. When I tried to call back his phones went to message bank and he hasn't returned my calls nor responded to my email. Have now booked a service with another company that answered my call, was helpful and honest with me re their workload. I now have to wait a few weeks before the air con gets looked at but at least I know!

We have had Dennis and his team install many air conditioners for us over the last few years and have found them to be prompt, reliable and good value for money. Their service is AWESOME!
