Before considering our bathroom renovation, we asked others about who to engage for this project and each time the response was Steve Nelson. Our family is now enjoying the use of a bathroom that has been expertly upgraded by Steve and his amazing team. The schedule prepared for the renovation was detailed and extremely useful. Steve was always available for a conversation about the work being done and every trades person was highly skilled, efficient and friendly. Steve called in at regular intervals which gave us great confidence in the company motto, 'On Time as Promised'. Our project was completed on time even with the variations we requested along the way. Steve Nelson did the renovation of our bathroom and kitchen in our holiday rental unit and we are very pleased with the results. Steve is highly professional, very competent and was easy to work with. Steve worked closely with us to scope the work and gave us great advice on improvements and changes that would not only improve the outcome but also save us money. We were in Covid lockdown in Sydney and Steve and Nikki kept us informed and provided us photos of the work as it progressed. "Steve & Bob Nelson did a complete inside and outside renovation, plus added a living room and extra deck space for us ten years ago. Completely transformed our house. This year we added another bedroom, bathroom and bigger deck, plus upgraded over 160 square meters of floor tiles and carpet. Steve and his team of tradesmen recently undertook a complete renovation of our bathroom and an addition to our house. Steve had some great suggestions such as underfloor heating and sensor light for the bathroom and underfloor insulation for the house which we took up. It was a pleasure to entrust our redo with such a fantastic team. There work is top class and so we came out with a stunning and beautiful kitchen. Everything was done with precision and to the highest standard. We also had new Sydney Blue gum floors laid which like the kitchen turned out amazing. We also had new glass sliders installed which lead to a covered in outdoor room and it all turned out perfect.
