I went to the Holden Spare Parts Division in Wendouree on the 17/3/23 to get a key and transmitter for my car. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, very helpful and efficient. I can’t recommend them highly enough

Well done, Holden. I would recommend to anyone to take their car to Ballarat Holden for service because they really went out of their way to help me. With the little bit more you pay, the experience there is by far great. I’m not taking my car to anyone else but Ballarat Holden.

Nick and Emily of Ballarat Holden are both polite. I spoke with Rick and Sarah out in the Isuzu showroom whilst waiting and they were very friendly, too. Nick was the Service Desk chap who arranged for the team to check my Barina's radio problem. They improved its reception with thorough effort. They are all friendly and willing to assist. They know what customer service should be and display it.
