Gavin is the most kind and honest mechanic and offers an exceptionally high standard of knowledge and experience. He always finds the problems (even mystery ones) and fixes them often going above and beyond when doing so. He has never disappointed when invoicing and is extremely fair with his pricing. Best mechanic I have ever been to in my life. No patronising scamminess, does complex jobs within the set time frame.I once had a job where i had a water leak and he said it was behind the water pump, most probably need a new one.I said to a friend "i wonder why i need a whole new water pump if its just a leak behind the pump, but i dont know anything and he's always been awesome, and i know the water pump takes a while to get to". My mate who knew more says "yeah, he should actually be able to fix that if its behind the water pump and not the pump itself". Anyway, i said nothing to the mechanic, i think Glen is his name, i trusted him now matter what. Anyway, as it turned out, he did exactly that, it still took 3 hrs labour to do which is normal for anything water pump, but he replaced the O ring, no need to replace the water pump, and pump still going strong to this day 4 years later. 3 hrs labour, no charge for O ring and no $150 for water pump.Best mechanic ever

I have been dealing with this business for nearly 3 years for car services, pink slips and any repairs that need doing. Every time I have gone there the owner or whoever he is, Gavin, has been very rude. After ringing Gavin this morning and telling him I wanted my car looked at because of a leak, and as he does all the the work on our car, I wanted to make a time for him to look at it. He proceeded quite arrogantly to tell me that he had only done one service and one repair job on our vehicle. After checking my records I rang him back and told him he had done 3 services, all of our pink slips and 3 lots of repairs and because of his continual arrogance he has now lost a customer.

Shocking experience. Got turfed out the door to wait for my car in the middle of an industrial estate. Super rude. Nowhere to wait not even chair. As if I was expecting a huge favour. Guys get a chair for a start and don’t treat your customers like second rate citizens. I have 3 work vehicles and my partners vehicle that could have gone there but not now......

The way this bunch of mechanics showed focus and energy with no goofing off, for the 30mins as I waited for my pink slip, fills me with trust in this business.
