Banana Bender Pub

The venue is beautiful and the Service was top notch but I was very disappointed with the food this time.. The soft shell crab burger was disgusting and crab tasted like it had been in the sun for days and pretty much paid for half plate of chips.. my daughter had kids schnitzel which was literally a whole breast crumbed not a flattened chicken breast which would be more appropriate for a child, the crumb fell straight off and actually looked frightening.. some really bad choices to put on a menu and overpriced for what I actually got. I don’t know what is happening in the kitchen but no common sense with menu right now. The wait staff were fantastic though and 20/10 for cheesy garlic bread.

An amazing building with quite a good pub meal Unfortunately the bar manager on Saturday night could only be described as arrogant and rude with no comprehension of customer service .

Worse meal I have had in Queensland fries were black and the chicken was tasteless also staff weren't very friendly

A group of us decided to try out the newly renovated Banana bender pub , we had been told that it was a little on the expensive side , but thought you pay for what you get , wow how wrong was that , the drinks are way over priced , and the food was just normal pub food , but came with a 5 star price tag , the 8 of us are all locals , and wondered why it was quite in the whole pub , now we know why , good luck Banana bender ,
