What happens after I order?

When we receive your order, we contact you to confirm all the details. The B&W Windows production team then gets to work on your job! You can also speak to the sales representative who initially assisted you at any stage of the process.

What is the normal timeframe for a job?

We believe frames should be custom made to suit your doors or windows. At B&W Windows we have someone check the measurements to determine exactly what size frames to use. We then make your doors and windows to those specifications, so they will fit perfectly.

When was your company established?

We have been trading since 1988 and Adrian Voits who started the company has been in the industry for more than 45 years.

Where are your windows manufactured?

We have our own factory in Australia, where a range of our products are made. We also source other great products that are high quality.

B&W Windows have a 6 year guarantee on our windows and doors and 1 year for moving parts. This really sets us apart from other companies who often only guarantee their products for 1 to 3 years.

Does anyone supervise the work you do?

We have a project supervisor who makes sure your job is done correctly. They are present for the whole procedure and will ensure your doors and windows are installed perfectly. In other companies, this job is sometimes left to the sales representative, who is not trained or skilled in this area. At B&W Windows, you will receive high quality service by skilled staff from start to finish.
