Work was ok but delayed without apology from the guys with no communication about it either. Also said they would drill holes for lighting cables which they didn't. Personally I wouldn't choose to work with these guys again. This is on the back of getting a similar pergola done at another place in NSW - the guys that did it down there were a lot more helpful and did the job on time.
