Glad I found you guys for my mum. She wore cheap shoes that would make her walking even more difficult but your help and support had changed her daily habits and now tends to walk more without the previous pain. Thank you

Very poor service, do not leave a deposit you will never see it again if shoes dont fit when ordered in your deposit isnt returned. Shoe shop in Elder St Lambton have better customer service & he sells nice men & ladies leather shoes, they're priced properly and not expensive like Barefoot Freedom shoes.

I paid $365.00 for a pair of ladies sandals although they seemed to fit my size 13 foot I kept slipping forward in them and found them very difficult to walk in. I went back a couple of days later and was treated well by the staff but the shoes were not comfortable and I am unable to wear them, when approached regarding a refund was told that no refunds after 2 months, these are sandals and I cannot wear them in bad weather. Your store was recommended to me but I cannot do the same.

Terrible customer service. Never have been so disrespected in a business.
