Absolutely heartless staff from the top to the bottom. The way these caseworkers treat good people is appaling! They refuse to return calls, abuse & treat people with no respect for no reason. These people work with children?? My I feel so sorry for the kids. The caseworkers are nasty to adults who've done nothing - imaginr the treatment of the kids!! This company needs a major overhaul & to hire staff the proper training. A simple conversation with some basic psyhcology & the staff are reative NOT PROACTIVE
