Perfect combination: Australian meat with German sausage making skills. Their German sausages are truly excellent. I moved from Germany to Melbourne in the '90s and I never ever found any really good German sausages there. To my big surprise this butchery's German sausages are not only the best I ever had in Australia, they are also better than most sausages you would find in Germany.
