Contacted Bax Plumbing repair leaking mains water connection. Arranged for plumber to attend on afternoon of 4/7/19 or 5/7/19. Staff told us the plumber definitely attend and would ring. Heard nothing so rang on morning of 5/7/19 staff confirmed plumber would attend after lunch and would ring. Heard noting by 3.30pm to confirm and call went to message bank. Rang again at 4.00pm again message bank. Plumber didn't arrive and no call to apologise. Will leave to you to decide whether they are a professional outfit and worthy of your custom.
