Recently had my vehicle repaired and the front end was replaced. I couldn’t be happier with the service that my wife and I receive with our cars through Bay Auto Services

The connection on our Holden Rodeo ute that operates the lights on our camper trailer failed while on holiday at Rainbow Beach from the Gold Coast the week leading up to Easter. We phoned Bay Auto who said to come in that afternoon and they very kindly fixed the problem there and then. Thanks to Bay Auto staff for your great service and I would highly recommend you to anyone requiring an auto electrician in the area.

Hi guys, So I appreciate the fact that my services aren’t costly and are done quickly. However, I don’t appreciate getting a phone call at 2:50pm telling me “your car is ready, but we close in at 3:00 so if you’re not here by then we’re going to lock it into the shed and you can pick it up tomorrow”. I would’ve been okay with this if I had at least 30 minutes notice to get there - less than 10 minutes is just plain ridiculous. I would strongly suggest working on this issue and maybe updating your trading hours (they say 5pm so I thought I had the plenty of time to get to you after work). I’m happy to come back for my next service but if this happens again then I will be going somewhere else.

I would highly recommend this local business in a heart beat!! They have fantastic customer service skills and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They offered to drop me to my place of residence and pick me up which was extremely helpful. Their mechanic is great and did a wonderful job. It is well priced and The service was excellent overall.

10/10. We had a squeaky noise in our ute springs. They were fully booked but Scott said to pop in and he would have a quick look. He found and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Thank you very much for taking the time to help us out.

I have dealt with Bay Auto Centre for a couple of years now servicing my Nissan Patrol and find them very polite,and friendly always completing the task that are given without over charging.I would recommend them to anyone

These guys have looked after our family's vehicles - a XJ8 Jag, 2 x Nissan Patrols, a Nissan Navara, a Triumph America motorcycle and at one stage, a VW Golf and Hyundai Getz. Everything from servicing, electrical work, mechanical repairs, new sets of tyres to roadworthy's. They have never let me down, not once, and Danny seems very genuine about always making sure things are done right. They are always happy to give us a lift back home and pick up when the vehicle is ready, which certainly makes life easier if any of us are stuck alone. So it's a big tick from me. Bay Auto Services did an excellent job of repairing our older model car. When we later needed auto body repair and painting, they recommended an excellent company for us to use. Their prices are good and we trust their work. We highly recommend them to anyone needing service for their vehicle.
