So happy with the shutters we ordered and had installed. Biggest surprise for us was both the price and quality! We had the same job quoted by another company almost 5 years ago, we then had them requoted by the same company during their 50% off sale, with the quote definitely not saving the 50% they promised. Jeremy quoted our job 5 years later and the price was less than that of the 50% off price we’d previously been quoted. The process was super easy and Bryan & Mick (who installed them) were so friendly and efficient. Lovely family run business who take pride in their work and look after their customers. I highly recommend them!

I am so incredibly impressed with the service I received from Jeremy at Bay Blinds. He turned up on time—everything was easy and hassle free. The products arrived on time and the amazing service continued to the installation. The installer was so professional and couldn't do enough to accommodate my requests. We had painters and other trades on the day and he was friendly and flexible and worked in with my needs. The quality of the shutters is fantastic and I was surprised by how reasonably priced they were. My house has been transformed—it looks absolutely amazing!
