Based in beautiful Sawtell, we offer a wide range of tennis programmes for the total beginner through to the advanced tournament players. We welcome all ages and standards. We have an enthusiastic coaching team, who will have you and your family enjoying this life long sport, tennis. Hot Shots Red Ball - suitable for children aged 3-6 years We introduce beginners to tennis through fun games and activities. Smaller courts, lighter racquets and low compression balls that don't bounce too high to make tennis fun and easy! Hot Shots Orange Ball - Suitable for children aged 6-8 years Once children have mastered the red ball stage, they move on to the orange ball stage with 3/4 courts and low compression balls. Hot Shots Green Ball - Suitable for children aged 9-12 years and up Children play on full size courts with a higher compression ball (75% of a yellow tennis ball) Squad Lessons - for more advanced players We offer fitness and drills in preparation for competition play and tournaments Private Lessons If you are wanting a faster way to improve your game, a private lesson is the way to go. Hour Lesson Half Hour Lesson Adult Group Coaching A great way to improve your game dramatically with slight alterations. You're never too old to change your technique! Monday and Friday's 9-11am Cardio Tennis Cardio Tennis is a fun, social group tennis-fitness program for people of all ages. Ask about our session times. Friday Tennis Comp from 4pm every Friday of the School Term Junior Comp - grades available for the beginners through to tournament players Singles Comp - for the more advanced players (prize for the winner each week) School Holiday Tennis & Multi Sports Clinics Held every school holidays. These clinics are a great way of starting your child in tennis. We have loads of great games, drills and activities all the while teaching your child to play tennis the right way. Mixed Night Competitions Tuesday. Men's Comp Wednesday Nights Ladies Night Comp Thursdays Social Tennis every morning Also have coaching available at Woolgoolga on Monday and Friday afternoons, Wednesday afternoons at Mylestom. We are currently coaching over 20 Australian Ranked players.
