Paid $350 for a full detail inside and outside and I'm very disappointed. Car was soaking wet inside from cleaning the seats and carpets (they had the car for 7 hours, it should have been dried). the interior was ridiculously oily and had drip lines everywhere from whatever they were using. The entire clean just seems rushed and unprofessional especially when your paying $350. If you are looking for a professional detail, I would look elsewhere.

Dropped my car of for a mega clean for $ 315.- . It took them 10h before I was able to pick up the car again. My mistake I paid before inspecting the car. When I checked the car it was still very dirty and we aren't talking about some spots. There leaves, sticks and all kind of dirt, dirty windows, the trunk wasn't done at all. The seats were so wet I couldn't sit on them. Took two day for drying. The manger offered me to do it again. So I dropped the car off again. (2 1/2h) later the car was still dirty. I called the manager, send him on his request some pictures and asked for a refund. Even he promised he never called bsck. I always like to give companies the benefit of the doubt before I give 1 star reviews, but the service I received was so poor, I’ll be telling anyone who is enquiring never to go to Baystar express hand car wash. I guess they don’t need the customers which is why they don’t particularly care about client satisfaction at all.

Paid $315. For the worst car clean ever. What a waste of money and time
