Outstanding meals and great value for money. Clean comfortable dinning area and all the benefits of a well managed club including a great variety of entertainment and kids play area.

I am a club member who would eat there monthly. I visited the club for dinner on Anzac Day and was surprised at the changes to the restaurant. The club always used to be packed around meal time but there were only a handful of people in attendance. The menu had very few choices, the ordering process was very slow and our meals took about 40 minutes and considering the small number of people eating, it was poor . Before the changes the meals were much better, with many choices and bigger portions. I will not eat there again and have already advised others of my poor dining experience.

I have been going to CC Leagues Club regularly for a few years now. I have always been very happy with the meals there. Recently, I have had two friends say that their meal was terrible. Have you changed your staff in the kitchen? Please reply to this review, because our social group wants to continue to go to your bistro.

I like that you can pick your own sides and vegetables from the buffet. The food is amazing, so tasty. I definitely recommend this place!

A group of us (10) went to the Central Charlestown Leagues Club to-night (Saturday) for, what we hoped would be an enjoyable meal. That was not to be. I had a steak , well, it was really over cooked and dry, the Brussell sprouts were something off this planet and the carrots were awful as well, to say the least. Another in our party had the Lasagne----again very disappointing. All in all we would be generous if we gave them a 2 out of ten for the meal. We certainly could not recommend this venue as a place to go out and have a decent meal. Stay away is my suggestion

Seriously, this has to be the best value for money in Newcastle and delicious as well. Trust me, you will be back time and time again. The room is also large enough to cater for family and special functions, and the service is efficient and reasonably quick.

Great night out had by all and i even won not one but 2 prizes in the raffles, the kids love coming here also great for family's and the staff friendly. The meals are well priced and good value, the boys sit back and watch the footy everyone happy.

Cant thank you guys enough the 50th went off with a bang, everyone that came said they enjoyed the night the food was wonderful and i was very happy with the price charge, wonderful staff all friendly and helpful great place to hold a function thanks.
