As a long time customer of BCU I rang to get some advice about my investment Account. I was told i was 36th in line. They said they would call back. A women eventually rang back, she said she was in the Bellingen branch. She was rude, uninformed and arrogant. Clearly BCU doesn't teach their staff about customer relations. She was very unhelpful. I asked her if she could make an appointment with the branch manager in Nambucca. she said she would try but just hung up on me and hasn't tried to ring back. This bank is clearly not interested in it's customers. I will be closing all my accounts and never want to deal with this bank again. I suggest everybody else does the same until they get rid that woman I was forced to deal with and retrain the rest of their staff. Terrible!!
