Be Better Physio

Be Better Physio is a new physiotherapy clinic in Bateau Bay. The clinic was established by local physiotherapist Nash Beeby, who has been treating the Central Coast community for over 10 years. Nash Beeby provides quality one on one physiotherapy that includes hands on, up to date, evidence based treatment. At your initial consultation you can expect to receive a comprehensive assessment to accurately diagnose your injury. We then make sure you fully understand your injury so that you can play an active role in your recovery. You will be given specific home exercises to speed up your recovery and realistic rehabilitation goals and time frames. Our goal is to get you better and keep you better - �Be Better�. Nash has a wealth of experience in treating a wide variety of injuries. These include sports injuries, pre and post-surgical rehab, musculoskeletal injuries, headaches, back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, tendinopathies, whiplash, chest physio and workplace injuries. Nash can also provide exercise programs, falls prevention, injury screening, workplace screening, home visits and hydrotherapy. Our primary clinic is located in Bateau Bay, with some appointments also available from Hope Medical Care, Erina. Evening and Saturday appointments are also available. We have EFTPOS and HICAPS facilities available at both locations.
