Beautiful Nail

Very little service, if any .. basically ignored whilst all staff spoke to each other in another language ..there is plenty of competition out there, you need to make customers feel welcome .. I will not be returning

Worst set of nails I’ve ever had. Older male was extremely rude and kept hurting me throughout the entire process. He didn’t even ask what shape or length I wanted. Attached is a photo of my nails AFTER I walked back in and asked for them to fix. The painting looks like a 5 year old did it. I’m angry at myself for wasting my money at this place.

Do not go here! The owner is rude and aggressive. The ‘technicians’ are rough and make your fingers bleed, cuts and abrasions everywhere. The owner says this is “normal” This place needs to be shut down! They refuse to apologise for cutting you and won’t accept this is not normal. Terrible place - spread the word!

I’ve been going to beautiful mail for 5 years and have notice the service and quality drop over the last year. Today the owner painted my nails and they look they were done by a 4 year old. Absolutely terrible quality of work. Today will be the last time I spend my money at this business.

I’d give it 1/2 a star if I could. Male that checks people in was extremely rude and irritable. He would tell some clients it was a 10 min wait, but when older people came in he’d tell them 2 hours. My nails are all crooked, different lengths and poor paint job. Glad this isn’t my local.. and I really wish my review could be more public to prevent people wasting their energy or money here

Worst job I’ve ever had. Made nearly ever finger bleed, clumped on the nail polish, missed spots. Terrible terrible job, and more expensive than other places. Will NEVER go back.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, it hurt way to much and was left with glue and Acrylic all over my skin. The shape of my nails were wonky and uneven.

Horrible service, I went for acrylic removal and manicure, I was treated very badly. During acrylic removal then bleed my nail, then no manicure done. Will never recommend to anyone this place. Rather I am telling people not to go there at all.

the older man was very rude , threw my hands out of the way when he was done , i asked him to be more gentle as he was being to rough with me and he said it was normal!! i have never had that happen at another salon , he cut my fingers 5 times and then denied it when i showed him , he then threw his nail file down right in front of me and said so you don’t want them done then, he also left acrylic all over my fingers. i will never be back at this salon and do not recommend this salon to anyone.

Took my mum in for a pedicure- she had just arrived from England. The older man was so rude and disrespectful, he shouted at my mum to get out the shop when a bit of her polish came off. I used this shop once before and the older man was so rough with my finger nails, it really hurt. I will never ever use this business ever again!! If I could it would be a zero star review!!

All the employees were accomodating excluding the guy ruining the place, he was rude, unprofessional and left me never wanting to get my nails done again. He used an old tissue with someone else’s dry blood on it on my nails which i was disgusted by. Aswell as this he cut my finger as he was way to rough and he messed up my natural nails. Overall would not recommend getting ur nails done by him.

My nails were so bad, i asked for long almond, thin french tip, and this is what I walked out with. Never coming back here again, this was a waste of $65. All of my nail canvases are not the large, i have quite small nails and yet they make my nails look huge.

Terrible service and rude! The man who did my nails cut 2 of my fingers and shrugged when I flinched. Then asked me if I had a band aid when they started bleeding! The paint job was smudged and the shalac peeled after 2 days! I’ve been going to this mob on and off over the past few years and when I return (in the hope that things improve) I leave disappointed! Never again!! I’m also reporting them to the tax office as they will only take cash (always a sign up saying their eftpos is down) - but ironically they’re the only business in Erina Fair who have this issue! Tax evaders and despicable service! Don’t waste your time and money!

Will never go there again, my fingers were cut twice and the man that did my nails never apologised and was very rude when I asked if the nail polish could cover my whole nail- worst experience ever

I am so incredibly disappointed by the manicure I received here. I have been a long term customer however this business owner does not care about that. He must be getting enough walk in customers. I went in for a manicure and the lady doing my nails seemed to be a trainee with no idea. Once she completed clipping and shaping my nails they were all uneven, wonky and jagged. I told the lady I no longer wanted to continue the manicure. The owner came up and I just said that the job was done poorly. He then tried to fix however did so in a quick manner with no care taken. He still charged me and was rude when I gave feedback. Did not care the job was terrible. I will never be back. Extremely poor job and customer service
