The creation of Dubbo Beauty Therapist, Rachael Cook, from it's central Dubbo location Beauty Culture has been offering beauty treatments for men and women since 2013. Beauty Culture is pleased to announced an exciting new partnership with Tease & Co hair salon, and has now relocated to new rooms at Tease & Co's existing location at 54 Talbragar Street, opposite the Post Office.

Beauty Culture did the make up and prep work for my wedding. I could not have asked for a better girl for the job! Rach travelled out that morning and did four bridesmaids, two flower girls, two mothers and myself - massive day and she did it on her pinky (and always with a smile)! We all had beautiful tans at the salon the day before! Everything was just so easy and did I mention she made us look a million dollars! Highly recommend Beauty Culture to anyone - whether it be for wedding/formal makeup, beauty maintenance, relaxation or pampering! The day was perfect and we all looked perfect as well
