I’m Karen Lee and I offer a unique therapy experience. It’s my passion and commitment to support you in gaining clarity and awareness so that you can make life choices that lead to fulfilment, freedom, and true joy. Psychological and emotional challenges – Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, anxiety, illness, emotional pain and any number of other stresses – can arise at any point in life and derail even the strongest and most courageous person; indeed, it takes courage and strength just to face these stresses on a day to day basis.
