Drove there specifically at 11.30am on A Friday - closed. No signs advising opening hours. Went the next day, was one customer in shop and the employee/owner (?) said "sorry no can do". She didn't suggest I come back in 30 minutes, few hours, the next day. Just no can do. Maybe if they ran the business more professionally they would be busy enough to be open in the middle of a week day or have more customers there.... Wont be back.

My daughter had her nails done and they were terrible they looked so fake no fit filing half of them weren’t even painted properly. So I calmly went in and asked if they could fix them they cost $63 the lady was so so rude would not help blamed my daughter for having bad nails to start with. I never right reviews but I would hate for someone else to pay this amount of money and get spoken to this way. We all no customer service try and see if you can fix the problem not argue and blame the customer.

Terrible customer service. Had a gift card that was expiring soon, but she wouldn't make any effort to make an appointment before it expires, and wouldn't extend the voucher til next week. Worse, another customer in the shop was wanting to help and wanted to purchase the voucher at a fair price, and the owner talked her down and told her to pay less as 'she can't use it anyway, she'll take what she can get'. Toxic situation, stay away from this place.
