Ben from Bens garage Doors came to reset remotes, repair my garage door and provide new remotes, the remotes he had could not be programmed, he ordered new remotes and returned to reset the following week he tested these, but when I went to use them they did not work, he came back a week later, one needed a new battery, and then he said they seem to work every second try, I tried and one worked on the third attempt and the other on the second attempt, he said they need to be held down to engage which i did, I advised I did not want a remote that did not work properly, I had unfortunately paid in advance in good faith for this, Ben then lost his temper and threw the two remotes at my feet and said "well they are yours then" and walked away I tried to talk to him and to his partner, his choice to storm off and drive off I have asked for a refund and then I will return both remotes, they will not do this and want the remotes first, after this behaviour I do not trust him to do the right thing, they will not answer my requests.
