Terrible experience. Waited well over an hour for very average food with a hungry children and elderly grandparents. No expectation of wait time given, no refund or compensation offered, just kept getting told our order was going to be the next one plated up.
One portion of tempura fish and chips had a cross contamination of a chicken nugget, fish was badly coated and unappealing.
Build your own platter portions were tiny and terrible value, mac and cheese was burned into the pot, brisket was a measly slice of tough meat, no plates given so had to eat off a large board which had to be shared with someone else across the table.
Probably the most expensive meal we've had in the area, can recommend many other great places, with efficient service, good food and proper sized portions for a lot less money.
Very disappointing end to a good holiday.
