Its not often one gets to say that building a new home is a pleasurable experience but this was out of this easy. Danielle and Ben took care of everything right down to the littlest of detail and delivered us an amazing home. House was finished on time under budget and with 10/10 quality. Thank you so much guys for the great home, will definitely build again with this great team.

Bendella was amazing from start to finish! Their team is extremely family friendly and they customise their plans to your needs. Their prices are very competitive (if not the cheapest) and their quality is great. The best part about Bendella was that they thought of everything we didn’t and didn’t just ignore things they thought would look better or make the home more functional. Danielle provided amazing customer service from start to finish and she was really family friendly and approachable (not like the big companies). Bendella was also super flexible. As we saved more money, they allowed us to make small variations without charging us variation fees. They also kept to the contract and there was no hidden fees or charges. I would recommend Bendella to anyone building their dream home. Their attention to detail, customer service and quality of service is second to none. Thanks guys!!

I truly recommend Bendella Group to anyone wanting to enter the housing market. I know I will be building with them again in the years to come. I want to give a massive shout out and thank you to Dans, Ben, John, and Kate for guiding and helping me build my first home. From the last-minute house design change, to the final selections and handover, this team is amazing.

I would 100% recommend Bendella Group Pty Ltd to anyone who is building a new house. These guys designed us our dream house and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Danielle was straight onto it if there were any issues at all. She made sure everything was 100% done. You guys are amazing at what you do. We have just moved in and we never want to leave the house. Every time we step in the front door, we fall in love with it that little bit more. Thank you so much to Ben, Danielle, and the Bendella team on our amazing home.

For those looking to build their dream home, choose Bendella and don’t look back. It will be the best decision you’d have made in a long time. We wanted something so unique that three builders actually turned us down. You took it up as a challenge and came up with a design that met our requirements perfectly. We threw some extra Feng Shui curve balls at you and you executed them, too. Thank you for being so patient through the entire process. Thank you, Danielle, for our beautiful home.
