Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best way to brush my teeth?
When brushing your teeth try to direct the head of your toothbrush towards your gums at a 45 degree angle and brush in a circular motion. You should be cleaning 2 or 3 teeth at a time and be taking 2-3 minutes to brush all of your teeth. Although you want to thoroughly clean your teeth, it's important not to brush with too much force, be gentle. Make sure to brush twice a day along with flossing.
How often should I visit the dentist for a check-up?
We recommend visiting a dental clinic once every 6 months to best maintain your oral health and mitigate any risk of major dental concerns in the future.
