I received a call to arrange a quote within the day I posted my query. Ben arrived at my home to quote at the time arranged. Very efficient.

Initial contact with Office Manager was excellent. Appointment time arranged to look at the job, that time past and I contacted the office to check if perhaps I had the wrong day. No, correct day. "Give me two minutes to check where he is and I will get back to you". That was the last contact I had with this company. I rang twice more and the phone went to voicemail, left a message both times. Emailed and phoned the next day; no reply to either. I cannot recommend this company.
