I've been a member of the Housing Industry (H.I.A) for 20 years. Having worked in the building industry for 44 years covering new builds, commercial renovations & additions, domestic renovations & additions. I have the knowledge to help you achieve your dream project. At Better Living Homes you will be directly dealing with me, the builder. I can organise the engineering, soil tests, drafting plus 3D imagery if required plus the council submission process. Everyone has different lifestyles & priorities which we can help you with in the design process with our drafting and 3D imagery so you can really get an idea what the end product will be. Incorporating furniture layout, and colour schemes into the 3D design to achieve a thoroughly realistic interpretation of your project. With extensive experience building on sloping blocks we can help you overcome the design pitfalls and any other challenges. We also cater for duplexes, and a range of other styles and home renovation work e.g. bathroom & kitchen renovations. Tailoring your house design to your personal requirements/the block view, aspect, along with keeping the heat out in the summer and heat loss in winter is our speciality thanks to our skilful designer and experienced draftsperson. As an owner/operated business we believe in personalised service. Attention to detail is critical as these can be the points that have to be picked up to achieve that desired finish standard you are after. I supervise projects personally and take care of orders for special projects.
