Big Bill's Cleaning Supplies was started in Townsville in 2009 and formerly traded as Vactime. The trading name was changed as the business model also changed. The previous business model included domestic sales and service. The new model reflects a greater emphasis on commercial cleaning products and service, and also the stocking of janitorial supplies including mops, buckets, chemicals etc. Big Bill's Cleaning Supplies moved from Ross River Road to Unit 2,19 Aitken Street, Aitkenvale, Townsville in July 2019. In the new premises Big Bill's has doubled the previous size in showroom and workshop, giving a greater offering to customers.
