I am delighted to provide an excellent review of Big Crack Plumbing. I engaged Andrew, Big Crack Plumbing, to replace tapes, shower heads and bath spouts in 3 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. Simple description is - on time each time; clean and tidy while completing task; has the right tools / equipment; very tidy while working; took his shoes off at the front door each and ever time entering my apartment (without my request), finished work was completed to a high standard; meticulous in quality; provided recommendations / solutions. Andrew had done several small plumbing jobs for me over the last year or so and has just completed the plumbing for my new bathroom. He really is a gem! Punctual, boots off when appropriate, can do attitude, totally trustworthy, excellent workmanship and a lovely guy as well. Yes! An A1 plumber.
